Mr. Monsour serves as Senior Director of Asset Management & Development for BARDAS Investment Group. He is responsible for management of all existing projects, design, entitlements, budgeting, financing, and leasing.

Mr. Monsour earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Chong serves as Controller for BARDAS Investment Group. She is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of BARDAS’ investments and the establishment and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures.

Ms. Chong earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California since 2012.

Mr. King serves as Head of Construction for BARDAS Investment Group. He is responsible for all day to day construction related activities of new and existing development projects including design, entitlements and budgeting.

Mr. King is a graduate from the University of Southern California. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences.

Ms. Chan serves as Senior Project Manager for BARDAS Investment Group. She is responsible for managing day-to-day construction related activities for all phases of new and existing development projects including design, entitlements, budgeting, project management and construction administration.

Ms. Chan earned her B.S. in Urban Studies from the University of California, Irvine and an M.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Mariani serves as the Asset Manager for BARDAS Investment Group. He is responsible for asset management of the entire ECHELON portfolio and building the ECHELON brand through ECHELON Management Group.

Beginning his career at the Hollywood Business Improvement District (BID) in 2007, he has had experience in investor relations, development, and asset management. Mr. Mariani earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an M.B.A. From the University of California, Irvine. He is a volunteer leader on multiple Hollywood nonprofit boards and is an active member of the community.

Mr. Hammerstein serves as an Associate for BARDAS Investment Group, and is responsible for financial modeling, market research, and supporting all aspects of the acquisition, asset management and underwriting process.

Mr. Hammerstein earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Mr. Meckler serves as Senior Analyst for BARDAS Investment Group. He is responsible for financial modeling, market research, budget forecasting, and supporting all aspects of acquisitions, asset management, and the underwriting process.

Mr. Meckler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Lewis serves as Accounting Supervisor for BARDAS Investment Group. She is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and financial oversight of all assets under management.

Ms. Lewis earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.

Mr. Won serves as a Staff Accountant for BARDAS Investment Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, monthly and quarterly reporting, and financial oversight of assets under management.

Mr. Won earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware.

Ms. McGee serves as Executive Assistant to David Simon for BARDAS Investment Group. She is responsible for supporting the Founder in all day-to-day aspects, including brand development, and managing office operations.

Ms. McGee received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.
